2. The manufacturer chose Mihaela Radulescu to represent the product because the dynamism and the energy are the character traits that represent both, Mihaela Radulescu and ELIT products.

3. There is no debatable aspect in the way the product is perceived in general and the way the adviser wants us to perceive it as the product is being bought no matter if it’s represented on TV commercials by a personality or not.

My most valuable photo




One of my most valuable photos is this one….taken on the 17th of August 2010.
I’m talking about a picture that was a present for my parents for their anniversary of 25 years of marriage, known as “the silver wedding”.
One of my friends gave me this present idea. I never thought that I can finish it in time. It took three days to arrange the photos this way. This photo represents my parents life from the moment they met each other until now.
They were surprised to tears when they saw the picture and that’s why, when I look at the picture, I always remember their joyful faces; this makes me very happy.

My opinoin is that the Roumanians are very hispitable people, good workers and skilled craftsmen.

WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO CHANGE?

Most people change if they are in pain.. When there's something in our life that makes us uncomfortable, we may initially hope it will go away. If it doesn't, we start with small and relatively easy steps to change the situation. Finally, if those efforts are unsuccessful, we get to the point that we can't stand it any more. "I'm sick of this!" we scream. That emotional or physical pain gives us the courage to take other steps that may be more difficult, but are more likely to solve the problem permanently.

The movie starts in a nursing home with Duke reading to an older woman, whose memory is slipping from her more and more everyday. Duke reads the story of two lovers who meet in the south at a carnival. Allie was 17. A city girl from money, and Noah was a country boy. The two spend the whole summer together but Allie is forced to move and go to college although she was willing to give it up for Noah. Noah writes Allie 365 letters and she never gets them. So he restores the house him and ALlie went to one night out of 'labor of love'. Seven years pass and Allie meets and falls in love with a wealthy soldier Lon. When seeing Noah's picture in the paper, Allie is drawn back to him. They spent a few days together and she doesn't want to leave. Allie now has to choose between Lon, the man she had already scheduled to marry, or Noah, the man who she subconsciously wants. Allie picks Noah, her one true love, and dumps Lon. Noah and Allie end up having a happy life and die together peacefully in the nursing home, side by side.

Brand names

The brand name I like and would like to analyze is Nivea.
1. I think there is a close connections between the product and the name.Nivea comes from the Latin word niveus/nivea/niveum, meaning "snow-white" symboizing freshness and tenderness.
2. The name was not translated into Romanian, "alb ca zapada" would have sounded less sensitive.
3. I think that the name brings additional connotation to the brand name. Most of consumers do not known its significance in English.They chose this product because it is known as a strong brand which can offer better guality.
The product I would like to introduce on market are my slippers.I would call it "fluffy" because they would represent comodity,flexibility and easieness.

What did you do last summer?




Last summer I was in a short holiday at Baile Felix with my boyfriend and other two friends with their son.
We stayed at “Muresul” hotel for five days.
It was wonderful, the weather was lovely, it was sunny, we had tan and we swam in the hotel’s swimming pool.
We’ve been also to another swimming place – Felix – but being very crowded we chose to go back to the hotel and to spend our time at the hotel’s swimming pool.
