Reflections

It was a real pleasure to work on this blog. I had a few problems to get over but which got solved while I continued working.
The funniest part was when I created the advertising for a product. I liked also to post and to discuss about my most valuable photo.

My most valuable photo

One of my most valuable photos is this one….taken on the 17th of August 2010.
I’m talking about a picture that was a present for my parents for their anniversary of 25 years of marriage, known as “the silver wedding”.
One of my friends gave me this present idea. I never thought that I can finish it in time. It took three days to arrange the photos this way. This photo represents my parents life from the moment they met each other until now.
They were surprised to tears when they saw the picture and that’s why, when I look at the picture, I always remember their joyful faces; this makes me very happy.

My opinoin is that the Roumanians are very hispitable people, good workers and skilled craftsmen.

WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO CHANGE?

Most people change if they are in pain.. When there's something in our life that makes us uncomfortable, we may initially hope it will go away. If it doesn't, we start with small and relatively easy steps to change the situation. Finally, if those efforts are unsuccessful, we get to the point that we can't stand it any more. "I'm sick of this!" we scream. That emotional or physical pain gives us the courage to take other steps that may be more difficult, but are more likely to solve the problem permanently.

The movie starts in a nursing home with Duke reading to an older woman, whose memory is slipping from her more and more everyday. Duke reads the story of two lovers who meet in the south at a carnival. Allie was 17. A city girl from money, and Noah was a country boy. The two spend the whole summer together but Allie is forced to move and go to college although she was willing to give it up for Noah. Noah writes Allie 365 letters and she never gets them. So he restores the house him and ALlie went to one night out of 'labor of love'. Seven years pass and Allie meets and falls in love with a wealthy soldier Lon. When seeing Noah's picture in the paper, Allie is drawn back to him. They spent a few days together and she doesn't want to leave. Allie now has to choose between Lon, the man she had already scheduled to marry, or Noah, the man who she subconsciously wants. Allie picks Noah, her one true love, and dumps Lon. Noah and Allie end up having a happy life and die together peacefully in the nursing home, side by side.

Brand names

The brand name I like and would like to analyze is Nivea.
1. I think there is a close connections between the product and the name.Nivea comes from the Latin word niveus/nivea/niveum, meaning "snow-white" symboizing freshness and tenderness.
2. The name was not translated into Romanian, "alb ca zapada" would have sounded less sensitive.
3. I think that the name brings additional connotation to the brand name. Most of consumers do not known its significance in English.They chose this product because it is known as a strong brand which can offer better guality.
The product I would like to introduce on market are my slippers.I would call it "fluffy" because they would represent comodity,flexibility and easieness.

What did you do last summer?

Last summer I was in a short holiday at Baile Felix with my boyfriend and other two friends with their son.
We stayed at “Muresul” hotel for five days.
It was wonderful, the weather was lovely, it was sunny, we had tan and we swam in the hotel’s swimming pool.
We’ve been also to another swimming place – Felix – but being very crowded we chose to go back to the hotel and to spend our time at the hotel’s swimming pool.

My motto in life

 Is not just my motto in life...is a quote that I like very much.

"Evrything has his time and everything under sky has his hour"

There are moments in life worth to be lived in their time ; take advantage of everything life offers you, enjoy the childhood, the adolescence and dream… because the future belongs to those who belive in the beauty of their dreams. Life must be lived as it is… it was given without a request and will be taken without being asked.

Linda's puppies

Linda had the second time four puppies ,two of them I give up to my grandparents and 2 I kept a few months , I could not keep  because I had too many dogs and my parents were not agree .
  This two puppies are so cute I like him so much ,I play with them all day.One is call Rex and the other is Roro.
  After five months I give up them to the parents of my friend because they lived at the house and wanted to keep them ,and I can visit and see them when I want.
  My frend told me that Rex is worse than Roro,he like to play so much with the chickens that was one day when she realized him as missing about 3 chicken…)).Her parents let him free in their garden together with other domestics animals… and without aware that it would do that.Around their cage they makes fence to not let him free to eat more chickens. Roro is not like Rex ,he is very playful, he like play with kitty…they are the best friend ..:)

                                                 

My Dogs

At my lodge I have 3 dogs, one female and two males: Linda.Rocky and Max.

I have Linda from the zoo, I really like her because she is funny and smart.I do not know what breed she is but she is similar in color with the Beagle breed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Linda had 4 puppies and Rocky is one of them. After some months I was forced to give up 3 of them and so I chose Rocky and the others I gave them to my uncle.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  

Max is very bad he's the one who takes care of the yard so that nobody could enter,honest I am scared of him.I received him from a neighbor when he was a few years old and I could not manager to be friends with him.

                                       

       These are the dogs that I have,though I would love to have one that I could keep in the apartment.

Westie is my favorite breed of dogs, are the most sweet’s dogs that I ever saw.
Certainly is not easy to have a puppy because it takes a lot of youre attention and time, but I can certainly provide those things that a puppy needs.
